Andrea Bond runs a small group for Women's Wellness, where ladies can come and relax and talk in a quiet and friendly environment
These workshops are for women who suffer from anxiety in any form, and who would like to learn some techniques to help with anxiety and mix with other like-minded people.
What to expect?
Coffees, Teas and biscuits will be served and a cosy private and friendly environment .
The workshop will finish with a Relaxation and Mindfulness session.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Minimum age 18
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There are a couple of private parking spaces. There is also street parking
What can I bring into the event?
A bottle of water and a mat

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Not unless you give the organiser at least 7 days notice in advance of the class.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
