When it comes to eating right, they believe it's the little choices that make a big difference. Don't deprive yourself of foods you love. Make small changes. Replace harmful sodas for natural cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices. Switch your acidic, hot brewed coffee for a less acidic, cold-brewed one. Substitute dairy with cholesterol free, unpasteurised nut milks. Ditch the processed foods for unprocessed, wholesome ones. Swap out conventional desserts for desserts that are free of unrefined flours and sweeteners. By making better choices, over time, unhealthy cravings will naturally start to disappear. This process of substitution involves changing any ingrained poor eating habits for better ones. It'll help forfeit a lifelong series of unhealthy food addictions, one step at a time!
